How to enable blue light filter in linux?

I switched to debian and since then I was facing too much pain in my eyes. I missing Windows 10 feature about blue light. But today I did some research and found a perfect solution for blue light in linux. So now I am sharing this with you.

I tried in Debian 9.5 but it should work in other linux distributions.

1- sudo aptitude install redshift
2- redshift -O 3000
